1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

You can submit your DMCA notice through one of the following methods:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringers

PDF Drive maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A user who has been found to repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their account terminated.
